How We Build
The base is the job. Everything above it is finish work.
Frost heave is what kills interlock in Ottawa. Every step of our sequence exists to beat it — and we walk you through each stage so you know exactly what went under your pavers.

Site visit and fixed quote
We measure, check grades and drainage, and give you a firm price with the paver, base depth, and edge detail all spelled out.

Excavation and compacted base
Dig to subgrade, geotextile where soils are soft, then Granular A placed and plate-compacted in lifts — never one deep pour.

Screed, lay and cut
Bedding sand screeded to depth, pavers laid off string lines, and every perimeter cut made on site with a wet saw.

Edge restraint, sand, cleanup
Spiked edging, polymeric sand swept and set, final compaction, and the site left swept with sod edges repaired.
